36.     Cheques

36.1     All cheques, drafts, bills of exchange, promissory notes and other negotiable instruments shall be signed by:

(a)        the Treasurer plus any one director; or

(b)        the Executive Officer plus any one director.

36.2     Payments made via direct debit shall be authorised by:

(a)        the Treasurer plus any one director; or

(b)        the Executive Officer plus any one director.
