12. Chairperson at general meetings 12.1 The Chairman, or in his/her absence, the Vice Chairman, shall preside as chairperson at each general meeting of the Association. 12.2 If the Chairman and the Vice Chairman are absent from a general meeting, the members present shall elect one of their number to preside as chairperson at the meeting |
