17. Proxy voting 17.1 Each Member shall be entitled to appoint another member as his/her proxy by written notice given to the Association Secretary, no later than two clear days before the general meeting in respect to which the proxy is appointed. 17.2 The notice appointing the proxy shall be in the form determined by the Board from time to time. |
