| 20. SUB-COMMITTEES |

20 Sub-committees 20.1 The Board may from time to time establish, revise and wind-up sub-committees. 20.2 The role, function, composition, tenure and reporting requirements of any sub-committees shall be determined by the Board from time to tome, and set out in a Terms of Reference to be given to the chairperson of the respective sub-committee. 20.3 The Board shall maintain a register of all sub-committees established and their respective Terms of Reference. |
