30. Triggers for casual vacancy on the Board 30.1 The office of an Officer of the Association, Member of the Board, or any alternate director, becomes vacant if that individual: (a) ceases to be a Member of the Association; (b) becomes an insolvent under administration within the meaning of the Companies (Victoria) Code; (c) resigns his/her Office by notice in writing given to the Secretary; or (d) becomes an employee of the VICSES. |
