32. Secretary 32.1 The Secretary of the Association: (a) shall keep minutes of the resolutions and proceedings of each Board, Board and General Association meeting in books provided for that purpose together with a record of the names of persons present at Committee meetings; and (b) shall assume the duties and responsibilities of Public Officer of the Association, as described in the Act. |
