45. Conduct of Regional Council meetings 45.1 The provisions of Rule 31, so far as they are applicable, apply to the conduct of Regional Council meetings. 45.2 The quorum of a Regional Council meeting shall be equal to the next highest whole number achieved by dividing the number of elected members on that Regional Council, by four. |
