47. Secretary of Regional Council 47.1 The Secretary of the Regional Council shall keep minutes of the resolutions and proceedings of each Regional Council meeting in books provided for that purpose together with a record of the names of persons present at Regional Council meetings 47.2 The Secretary shall, within 14 days of a meeting of the Regional Council, forward a copy of the minutes of the meeting to the Secretary of the Association |
