| 04. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION |

4. Annual subscription 4.1 The annual subscription shall be determined by the Board and is payable in advance on or before 1 July in each year (or any other date determined from time to time by the Board.) 4.2 Membership of the Association does not require an entrance fee. 4.3 The Board may resolve to fully or partially waive membership fees for any individual member or members. |
